Sport Venue Safety and Security Training
For Ushers, Gate Security, Ticket Takers, & Parking Attendants
Program Information
Security experts from around the country have contributed to the valuable training information you are about to learn.
So remember, be alert, be vigilant, and be safe!
The four modules contain a total of 651 educational training slides and seven videos:
- Usher module contains 150 slides, 9 lessons, and 2 videos
- Gate security module contains 196 slides, 9 lessons, and 4 videos
- Ticket taker module contains 164 slides, 8 lessons, and no video
- Parking attendant module contains 141 slides, 8 lessons, and1 video
It generally takes the trainee 45 minutes to an hour to complete the course as well as the final test
Evaluation & Certification:
At the end of each individual module is a pass or fail test. This test is designed to reinforce key points from the individual lessons. The trainee must score 70% or above to obtain a certificate of completion from the National Center of Spectator Sports Safety and Security. If the trainee fails he/she will be required to go back through the course and re-take the final test

1. Program A - 1 - 100 Trainees = $495
2. Program B - 101 - 200 Trainees = $995
3. Program C - 201 - 300 Trainees = $1495
4. Program D - 301 - 400 Trainees = $1995
5. Program E - 401 - Up = $2500
