Sport Security Operations Audit
Description:
An assessment team will review the organization’s sport event security aware system process which includes a review and analysis of the following ratings:
- threat assessment
- vulnerability analysis of critical assets
- consequence evaluation
- risk assessment.
The assessment also includes the review of improvement plans relative to countermeasure recommendations, staff training and exercises, a game day audit of security management practices, and a written report and debriefing on audit specifics.
